We use the information you provide to:
- Review and respond to your travel request.
- Prepare travel options and provide advice on routes, connections, baggage, fares, and related travel matters.
- Contact you by your preferred method (phone, WhatsApp, or email) about your request.
- Maintain records of communication with our clients.
3. Email delivery
We use Resend to deliver form submissions and confirmation emails. Your submission is transmitted to SI Travels and a confirmation is sent to your email address.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with airlines, suppliers, or partners only when it is necessary to complete a booking you have authorized. We may also disclose information where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep your information for as long as necessary to serve your travel request and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a Québec-licensed travel agency.
